You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from AraHealth or create an account on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

AraHealth sells dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please see our full Supplement Disclaimer for additional important information, and consult your doctor before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Product descriptions, images, and educational content on the Site (including our Learning Center) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and its payment partners at the time of order. AraHealth does not directly store your full payment card information.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information on the Site is accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error on your order, we will contact you before processing the order further, and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

If you purchase a product on a subscription basis:

• Billing: Your payment method will be automatically charged monthly, on the same date each cycle, until you cancel.
• Subscriber discount: Subscription orders receive a 10% discount off the one-time purchase price, applied automatically to each recurring order.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops future scheduled charges and shipments. See our Return & Refund Policy for how cancellation interacts with orders already shipped.
• Price changes: We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If we do, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new price takes effect on your subscription, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before being charged the new price.
• Managing your subscription: You can view, pause, skip, or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your AraHealth customer account.

This subscription arrangement is intended to comply with California's Automatic Renewal Law and similar laws in other states. If you believe your subscription was not clearly disclosed or is not easily cancellable, please contact us immediately at support@myarahealth.com.

Shipping timelines, rates, and delivery details are described in our Shipping Policy. Return and refund eligibility, timelines, and processes are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Creating an account (including automatically through a subscription purchase) is managed through Shopify's secure, passwordless customer account system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@myarahealth.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

If we enable product reviews or ratings on the Site, any content you submit (including written reviews, ratings, or related material) must be your own genuine experience and must not:

• Be false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Contain unlawful, obscene, threatening, or harassing content
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
• Contain spam, advertising, or content unrelated to the product

By submitting a review or other content, you grant AraHealth a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with promoting and operating our business (for example, displaying your review on a product page or in marketing materials), unless you request removal and we agree to do so. We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish any submitted content at our discretion, including reviews that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or security
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for unauthorized commercial use
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or your account for violations of these Terms.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names (such as TriVelle™ and SoliVelle™), images, and educational content — is owned by AraHealth or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Site for its intended shopping purpose (e.g., normal browsing and purchasing).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, in our Learning Center articles or through payment/shipping partners). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that product results will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AraHealth and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under law that cannot be waived, including certain consumer protection rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AraHealth, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any law or third-party right.

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your purchase of AraHealth products will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

• Class action waiver: You and AraHealth agree that any arbitration or claim will be conducted only on an individual basis, and not as a class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
• Arbitration process: Arbitration will be conducted by a recognized arbitration organization (such as the American Arbitration Association) under its applicable rules, in Los Angeles County, California, unless you and AraHealth agree otherwise.
• Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@myarahealth.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms (for example, within 30 days of your first purchase or account creation). Your notice must include your name, order number (if applicable), and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration agreement above, any dispute not subject to arbitration (such as an individual small claims action) will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
